Returns & Refund Policy
At ShaversFactory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it. Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
2. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Hygiene Note: For health and hygiene reasons, personal care items (such as clippers, trimmers, or blades) cannot be returned if the original hygiene seal has been broken or if the product has been used.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at here2help@shaversfactory.com. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Faulty/Incorrect Items: If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
