**IMPORTANT:** Read all instructions carefully and perform a strand and patch test before full application. Do not use if scalp is irritated, sore, or broken.

**Step 1: Pre-Relaxer Preparation (Critical for Safety & Results)**
1. **Strand Test:** Select a small section of hair at the back of your head. Apply a small amount of the mixed relaxer. Check hair every 2-3 minutes. Note the timing when desired straightness is achieved. This is your personal processing time.
